Re-work documentation quick-start guides on wiki to unify documentation

Currently, the quick-start guides have a lot of redundant instructions (both
with each other and with the instructions on the Home wiki page), and they can
get stale quickly. For example, we eliminated swig as a dependency, and all of
those docs need to be individually updated. They haven't all been updated yet,
yikes!
Those documents should be reworked a little bit, or possibly merged, to
eliminate redundancies. Specifically, they should have pointers to common
instructions (instead of holding a copy of those instructions) such as for
building, running Hadoop, etc.
