We need to add real content to our README, rather than just a link to a wiki.
In particular, I'd like to discuss what needs to be done for building from a
distribution versus as a developer (bootstrap.sh) as well as the use of the
configuration generated files in bin for launching our binaries before
installation (as well as gdb'ing them). It would be great if we did this using
textile, as that appears to be the format that the Apache confluence wiki
understands.
