As discussed, let's add documentation to our README inside boost that outlines 
the exact steps taken to trim the fat off of the boost distribution.
I should have done when I upgraded this last time.
The goal is to make it much easier on the next person who has to do a boost 
upgrade.

I think the ideal solution for us would be to use bcp to scan our source, but 
that's a bit more involved so feel free to just add a TODO for that (inside our 
boost README).
