[~vinodkone] Good idea, I just updated the readme that shows at
https://github.com/mesos/mesos with a link to the docs as you suggested.
I am also well into a conversation with the INFRA people at
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-5947 and just created
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-5950 to get us moved to the new
system for publishing updates to our website (svnpubsub).
