Hi Chris, Not sure what tag was being referred to in the IRC conversation.
I created a 0.12.0 in the svn repo by mistake and since have deleted it. Looks like git apache mirror doesn't pick up svn branch/tag deletions correctly, as reported by Ben Hindman in an earlier email. Regarding, release conversation on IRC, I'm not sure there were any committers/ppmc involved (or I'm mistaken since I don't know who BrianM is).
