We're getting our ship in order here, and: 1. Maintaining a proper CHANGELOG 2. Triaging and making sure JIRA is up to date (there is more work to do there; I and plenty of others are working on it) 3. Making sure branches and so forth conform to CHANGELOG and to discussion and referencable e-mail threads. That said, we're also in the process of demonstrating that the community is ready for graduation as well (also under discussion).
