Summary: Master should log LOST messages sent to the framework

There are no logs in the master that indicate that it sent a LOST task message
to the framework. This will be useful to debug cases when a LOST message is
sent due to removal of a slave or other such cases since a LOST task is usually
an indication of something going wrong.
