Having the default files be the same isn't great (absent some other changes)
because there are some environment variables you'd want to set for the slave
which the master will complain about (e.g. MESOS_isolation) and vice-versa
(e.g. MESOS_whitelist) (and there doesn't seem to be an easy way to add
equivalent command-line args).
Also, I see that none of the init scripts seem to support specifying a
zookeeper URL for the slaves.
