There are a number of procedural things the Chair must do to be on the correct mailing lists, but the bulk of the work seems to be infrastructure changes. I filed a new infrastructure issue that you can follow: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-6453 If someone wants to double-check the issue and make sure I included the appropriate subtasks, that would be great -- infrastructure modifications beyond the usual website, mailing list, karma, etc should be added as subtasks as described here: http://www.apache.org/dev/infra-contact#requesting-graduation There are other 'next steps' that I'd like to help push forward including a website refresh (both with a CMS and design); I think we can work on these in parallel to the infrastructure changes to keep the entire process moving along.
