Thats awesome. If you could send a patch out on Apache's Review Board that
would be easy to review.
Also, how about naming the make target 'rpm' and having sensible defaults for
BNAME(=/tmp/mesos_rpm_build_XXXYYYZZZ) and BRANCH (=head)?
