Hey, I really like what Keybase is doing with Keybase Chat!
I just want to throw in our Internet Drafts and implementation that links OpenPGP keys to social media accounts: https://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-vb-openpgp-linked-ids-01 https://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-vb-openpgp-uri-attribute-01 It is an experimental feature in https://www.openkeychain.org/ Due to more important issues in the space of end-to-end email encryption, we haven't pursued this further ;) There is also a previous discussion about this: https://moderncrypto.org/mail-archive/messaging/2015/001348.html Cheers Dominik
