Jake, It appears the new version no longer provides libOpenCL.so - is it expected?
It is currently breaking incremental builds due to package naming change... The workaround is to either make a clean build or bump PR in affected packagegroups. Before doing that, I'm trying to see if there was an issue with the new version.
