Include PipeWire and WirePlumber as the default audio stack across all platforms. This brings in the core PipeWire daemon, ALSA integration, PulseAudio compatibility layer via pipewire-pulse, GStreamer plugin, SPA plugins, and the WirePlumber session manager.
