I found a note indicating that for prebuilt packages, you should use
INHIBIT_PACKAGE_DEBUG_SPLIT = '1'. Not sure I understand why, but it allowed
the build process to continue through libfslparser.

If I remember correctly, in previous editions of Poky, these might have been
warnings. Could it be that these are now errors?
