I was using Kernel 3.0.35 and that had issues. Issue #1 got fixed by using a newer kernel (Kernel 3.16 image provided by Ka-Ro). However, the issue #2 and #3 are still present (I have problem with using glimagesink; adding "eglinfo-fb" package in local.conf causes compile error).
