I attacted my project with mail. Boot from microsd thought COM RS232,

There are 2 possible issues with this error: - wrong boot
configuration - please make sure the boot-config switches are set-up
for sdcard boot; - you have probably wrong sdcard boot-sector.
imx233 is extremely picky on the bootlet layout. Please use a proven
way to generate sdcard images, like Yocto (select one of the imx233
machines and try one of the simplest images like
core-image-minimal). Yocto scripts generate working bootable images
and reduce the hassle of the manual error-prone work.

I have no idea what is your error. Maybe you can describe a little
bit more about your system instead of adding a schematic...

Unfortunately I don't know the answer for this specific Windows issue.
I'm almost sure that double-checking with Freescale's imx233 datasheet
will bring lots of answers to your questions.
