This must be because gstreamer 0.10 has been moved out of OE-core.
meta-fsl-arm is able to "disable" bbappends if the corresponding recipes
aren't around (example: qt5 bbappends). Perhaps it should be extended to
disable gstreamer 0.10 ones as well.
