I've post this issue on freescale community, but not solve yet:

This issue still exist in branch fido. while gtkperf drawing
test(lines, circles, text, and pixbufs) moving mouse cursor will be
blinking.
I changed /etc/X11/xorg.conf, using "fbdev" instead "vivante".
this issue won't happen; so I think maybe it's an issue related to
vivante driver.
p.s: just append ' IMAGE_INSTALL_append = "ptkperf" ' into
local.conf if anyone want give it a try.
