elo is a internal name used by GE for Advantech dms-ba16 board. The

Please split the patch:
- Rename the board updating the kernel and U-Boot it uses;
- Remove old kernel;
- Remove old U-Boot;
Also please proper comment each commit message explaining the renaming and such.
