Any idea where is the issue ?
We here support the BSP and the FSLC platforms; we don't know what
changes UDOO did so it is hard for us to help.
It seems you are using an old version ... I didn't see this errors
lately.
We use your official FSL BSP for Udoo card and don't modify the gstreamer
layer, see here :

I will try to clear my build and bump to new revision of pyro layer ...
