https://git.yoctoproject.org/cgit/cgit.cgi/meta-intel/tree/README#n201 then with dd you can clone to a usb key or external disk sudo dd if='full_path_of_wic_image’ of=/dev/sdXXXXX bs=1M iflag=fullblock oflag=direct conv=fsync boot from usb or external hd created and install on the PC.
