Fix this by moving the values for OpenCL_LIBRARY and
OpenCL_INCLUDE_DIR
from PACKAGECONFIG[opencl] to EXTRA_OECMAKE in a conditional setting.
I don't understand the difference between these two.
PACKAGECONFIG_CONFARGS are appended to EXTRA_OECMAKE so they should
already be there even in the original change?
Please ignore this patch. I had a bbappend lying around that
broke this and which I have forgotttne about.
