Hi,
This patch is to fix invalid date/time format in keep-shutdown-time script.
The keep-shutdown-time.service was unable to execute due to invalid date and
time format.
This changes were built and verified on Galileo Gen2 setup.
The fix is targeted for meta-intel-iot-devkit master branch. Please feedback
if you have any.
