These two patches were just meant to enable i40e for crystalforest machine on 
fido & master using kernel 3.14.
crystalforest.scc has i40e included in meta branch of linux-yocto-3.14 (for 
fido) and kernel-cache yocto-3.14 branch (for master).

Please let me know if I'm missing something.
