In oe-core master -dbg packages are automatically populated so you don't
need to list the FILES_ for them. Also it's best practise to have a single
-dbg package (and -dev) per recipe unless there's an exceptional
rationale. The only recipe I can recall with such a rationale is Qt5
because one of the modules contains WebKit, which is several gig of -dbg.
