Dear Maintainer(s),
In these two patches one patch will update dpdk recipe from v16.11 to v17.02.
It will also rename and modify a patch since mk/rte.sdkinstall.mk is been
modified in this dpdk version, hence this patch don't apply cleanly on top of
it. Also Modified .inc according to the change in directory names.
Other patch will add libibverbs library to support MLX config. As to use
Mellanoc Connect X-3 nics with DPDK PMD driver, the configuration requires
verbs.h library as dependency.
The image has been tested with riverforest-broadwell and grantley-broadwell
using intel-corei7-64 BSP.
Please merge in master if these looks ok.
