Hi Ari,
The issue is because with different TMP folders you will have
different deploy folders for each machine.
I think using the same deploy folder in all machines will solve
your problem, can you please try that in conf/local.conf ?
DEPLOY_DIR = "${TOPDIR}/deploy"
