Denys set:
TI_COMMON_DEPLOY ?= "${TOPDIR}/deploy-ti"
Now it is customary that the deploy directory ends up in
${TOPDIR}/tmp/, so probably that should have been:
TI_COMMON_DEPLOY ?= "${TMPDIR}/deploy-ti"
