I tried the DTB attached and it has the same result or simlar result.
Attached is the bootlog.


I do see this in the Log 
One thing to note is when i attempt a reboot using the reset button the SD card 
is locked up and must be taken out and put back in, that explains the "CCCCC" 
at reboot as the Processor attempts to boot from serial port.

Josh,

Yes, in your case it was clear from the beginning you had a problem with SK
and it is kind of known... In Rudi's case he was saying he had an actual EVM,
which is known to boot fine at the moment, hence I was confirming with him.
