Hi Adrian, Yes, Xilinx will track pull requests on github from now as well as patches sent to this mailing list.
Our goal is to get to a point where we can actively be in sync with poky master. For this, we are in the process of updating our recipes and building them with the latest poky version. This is what you see in xilinx master branches currently. Some guidelines regarding branches, tags: 1. master branch will try to be in sync with latest poky versions. Please create pull requests/send patches against this branch. 2. master-next is a stale branch and will be deleted. 3. rel-v* branches are xilinx release branches. For future releases starting from 2021 the goal is to try and branch from the tip of our master branches. For rel-v2020.2, you can expect it to be still based off zeus like the rel-v2020.1 branch. 4. We may choose to branch in parallel for a Yocto Project release — but at this time we’ve not committed to doing so.
