I’ll work with that.
That layer is VERY old (Zeus) and obsolete.
The correct location is:
https://github.com/Xilinx/meta-xilinx/tree/master/meta-xilinx-pynq
The version there should work for Honister, might work for newer.
As far as your question below, I have no idea.
