But it doesn't work with kirkstone. (And it's not just the inclusive language
renaming, there are significant other parts that don't compile/fail.)
I'm happy to move master to kirkstone when it works, but until then making this
change is just going to confuse people.
(I'm open to patches to correct the other broken pieces.)
