I forget the terminology so forgive the misuse of terms, been a while since
I’ve Yocto’d.

But IMAGE_LINGUAS_zynq is an override for IMAGE_LINGUAS when “machine” is zynq,
I think.
I believe you cannot just search files for such things, you need to look using
bitbake but I can’t remember how.

I imagine this is related to get Petalinux to install tmux, how did I discover
it? Googled Petalinux tmux or something like that.

Cheers,
Geoff.

Subject: Re: [meta-xilinx] How to enable us_en.utf-8 for tmux

Greetings Geoff and Mark:

I was just curious how you were able to discover this
variable(IMAGE_LINGUAS_zynq) because I searched for IMAGE_LINUGAS* and I all I
found was IMAGE_LINGUAS
components/yocto/source/aarch64/layers/meta-petalinux/recipes-core/images/petalinux-image-common.inc
and the two recipes that mention this file was
components/yocto/source/aarch64/layers/meta-petalinux/recipes-core/images/petalinux-image-minimal.bb,
 petalinux-image-full.bb.
