Honister has been updated to match 2022.1 update 2 level of software.
The following changes are incorporated:
meta-xilinx:
* Add provencore support
* Reorganize u-boot-xlnx recipe code
* update linux-xlnx
* update u-boot-xlnx
* move fpga-manager from meta-xilinx-tools
* update libdfx
* update dfx-mgr
* update meta-xilinx-standalone-experimental implementation (System device tree)
- update lopper
meta-xilinx-tools:
* move u-boot-xlnx code to meta-xilinx-core
* Move provencore support from meta-xilinx for uboot-device-tree
Known issue:
libdfx now has a correctly configure soname. This causes the binary package to
change from 'libdfx' to 'libdfx1.0' and may affect on-target upgrades. We
should have a fix for this coming "soon".
