Ok, finally got everything work as of the master branch of poky from Monday the
12th.
master has been updated in both meta-xilinx and meta-xilinx-tools

I've been working on an update that should fix things, but I've been struggling
to get everything working properly.
I'm currently debating pushing the work I have to 'master-next' in both
repositories in case anyone else is blocked by the work. But I can pretty much
promise it won't be 'fast-forward' when I do get the missing piece(s) fixed.
Does anyone have any opinions on if this would be valuable to you or not?
