Hi Mike, Thanks for the help! I've checked cat /sys/kernel/debug/clk/clk_summary and the pl0_ref clock attached to the nodes I'm concerned with is listed as active both before and after the JTAG programming. Is there another way to check if clocks are disabled, and if so, is there a way to reenable them? Any more guidance is greatly appreciated.
