To go to 100Mbps mode:
ethtool -s eth0 advertise 0x0f
Back to gigabit:
ethtool -s eth0 advertise 0x3f
On the mpsoc this is broken too, but I guess that's just work in progress...

macb ff0e0000.ethernet eth0: unable to generate target frequency: 25000000 Hz
