Kernel: * Added linux-yocto 4.8, defaulted linux-yocto to 4.8% * Updates to config fragments to clean up config check output issues * Update linux-xlnx-dev SRCREV and LINUX_VERSION to a newer point U-Boot: * Update u-boot-xlnx-dev to a newer point * Sort out FORCE_PS7INIT to work with the newer directory naming.
