From what I can tell, it's not mounting the rootfs correctly (error -2) but it
seems to be hinting that I should give it an `init=` command.... but that
feels like something else is wrong.


What I've found so far is that the power management for the SD card is somehow broken in the pmufw. To work around it, I disabled the ZYNQMP_PM_DOMAINS config option in the kernel. With ZYNQMP_PM_DOMAINS the kernel cannot access the SD card if pmufw has been loaded, without ZYNQMP_PM_DOMAINS the SD card works okay and the system boots properly.
