I sent a patch out recently (https://lists.yoctoproject.org/pipermail/meta-xilinx/2017-May/002884.html) that adds all these options and some additional ones, except this config since with alldefconfig CONFIG_NVMEM is set to defaulted to 'y'. But I could see it being useful for nodefconfig/linux-yocto-tiny in the future. I will update that patch to include it.
