I get under certain situations error messages from kernel:

a)
macb e000b000.ethernet eth0: not whole frame pointed by descriptor
I found this line in ./drivers/net/ethernet/cadence/macb.c

b)
TCP: request_sock_TCP: Possible SYN flooding on port 2003. Dropping request.
Check SNMP counters
./net/ipv4/tcp_input.c:

Is this normal or is this some serious issue? What does it mean and what can I
do against this?
At least b) happens under load situation.

(Kernel is Linux microzed-zynq7 4.9.35).

Thank you.
