Hi All,

We are working towards getting PYNQ layer to Yocto. This is targeted for next
Yocto release in Sept

Thanks,
Manju

I am new to Yocto and i have been folowing a tutorial on building image for

and the repo for the pynq board in attempt to try to understand and fix a
recipe but i didn't understand any thing.

is there any one interested in this topic so we can try to make one or can some
one guide me how and where to start.

Hi,

Yocto is a big beast indeed. Take it one day at a time. Lots of documentation
on yoctoproject.org<http://yoctoproject.org> and books also, "Learning Embedded
Linux Using the Yocto Project" is fine.

Look in the meta-xilinx mailing list archive for patches like "Add support for
xyz board", this should give you clues to add a new board in the layer (or your
own layer).

I think there has been a discussion on pynq too on the list. Matthew Clark was
working on pynq I believe last summer.

Good luck!
