You need to download it as a binary file. This is usually easiest
using a specialized FTP program like "Fetch" because browsers often
try to do a text conversion on the file. It may also be that you got
the file fine, it just doesn't have the correct file type and creator
code. You can usually open these using "go filename" in the Message
Box. Or see the mailing list archives for some ideas on file typing
utilities.
