Yes.  We're doing that now.

Someone may correct me if I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure you need a 
separate engine for each platform -- there is no cross-platform 
standalone, only cross platform stacks.  You could use a single stack 
that references the appropriate engine, or just use two standlones.
