No.  At least not if you want to provide feedback during the download using
the load command to download, which you would want to do for a 2 meg file.

Its irrelevant for a 2MB file as you need to provide feedback, but out of
interest, what happens if you use the other method:

put url "http://www.whatever.com/whatever" into url ("binfile:"&tFilePath)

Does the entire file get loaded into memory before being saved to the disk
in this case?  Scott?
