Hi,

it is really possible without (almost) ANY windows.

Copy the mc.exe file (the windows engine) to your MC folder on the Mac.
Then, when building the standalone, set the path to the (win-)engine
by hand, e.g "/MyHD/killerapps/Metacard/mc.exe", call the standalone xxx.EXE
and here we go.

You have to set the path somehow manually, since mc.exe has no res-fork
and thus is not recognized in the open-dialog.

I do it all the time and it works for me.

Take care, on the Mac the result looks actually like a Mac-app.
I would not recommend to double-click it, but works on Windoze!!!
