 Is there any documentation out there, a Metacard language reference of sorts
that I can browse or print.  While the built-in help is good to have, needing
to rely on it exclusively makes the learning curve so much slower than a
straight language reference.

You can order a printed copy of the documentation from MetaCard
Corp...that's what I did and it really helps.
