Thanks for the concern, Tuviah. It's for Windows. Plain or styled has
yet to be determined. (Plain I hope.) Headers (with a different title
page header) , footers, and multi-paged text. It's doable, I think.
But with all these references to 2.3, I could foresee myself spending
some extra hours building custom stacks for the task only to have 2.3
arrive the following day with all kinds of time-saving stuff built
in. Wishful thinking, I fear. :)
