It might be a moot point. I'm not sure MetaCard, compiled for Win32,
will work with the 32-bit extension set for Win16. It might require the
95/NTish API, but of course I can't be sure about that.
Beyond that, well, probably installers made for Win16 could handle
looking for that extension set, and as I recall the set itself was free
for distribution.
It won't matter much after another 122 days, though, I suspect.
