Hi all
Sorry to bring up the Windows printing issue again, but this time it
doesn't concern text appearance but a printing error.
I just got a report from a user in Japan of an error when printing a
report from Metacard. The report prints (not always beautifully, but
no errors) from non-Japanese Windows systems (in limited testing).
The text being printed is English, all set in Arial. Arial is
installed on the user's machine.
I was wondering if any users of Japanese Windows can tell me if they
have any experience of printing errors. I'd be glad to hear that
someone has been able to print something on Japanese Windows, so I
can eliminate this being a J-Windows-wide problem.
The printer in question is an Epson PM2000. The following is the
error message that appeared, if anyone's interested. (The first three
lines were tranlated from Japanese by the user.)
